Harassment and Court Order

Beyond the social media flap, Kai has been dealing with a more serious issue: she secured a court-ordered restraining order against an alleged stalker, 26-year-old Gabriel Garza Jr. A judge initially granted temporary protection and later extended the order through May 2027. Court documents bar Garza from coming within 500 feet of Kai's home, workplace, college events and the University of Miami; the judge also ordered him to surrender any firearms.
